Proceso de tubo estirado en frío / tubo laminado en caliente
Inspección de tubería CS sin costura
-- Ensayos no destructivos (RT, UT, MT o PT).
-- Ejecución del tratamiento térmico, si se especifica.-- Prueba hidrostática, en su caso.
-- Control visual y dimensional.
-- Inspección visual final incluyendo embalaje y control de cantidad.- Tapones de plástico obstruidos en los dos lados de los extremos de los tubos
- Deben evitarse daños por flejes de acero y transporte
- Los carteles agrupados deben ser uniformes y consistentes
- El mismo paquete (lote) de tubería de acero debe provenir del mismo horno.
- La tubería de acero tiene el mismo número de horno, el mismo grado de acero, las mismas especificaciones.
