Requisitos del producto para revestimiento y aceite de grado de acero API 5CT estándar J55 y K55
1. Heat treatment (PSL2 and PSL1 are different)
PSL1 requirements: J55 is the same as K55 (delivery in rollable state);
PSL2 requirements: J55 and K55 products should be normalized or normalized and tempered as a whole. If thickened, they should be normalized or normalized and tempered after thickening.
2. Straightening (no difference)
3. Chemical composition (control no difference)
4. Tensile test (the minimum tensile strength is different)
J55: yield strength 379MPa~552MPa; tensile strength ≥ 517MPa;
K55: yield strength 379MPa~552MPa; tensile strength ≥ 655MPa;
Due to the difference in tensile strength, the required minimum elongation is 19% for J55 and 15% for K55.
5. Impact test (PSL2 and PSL1 are different)
Pipe body: No requirement for PSL1 J55 and K55;
PSL2 J55 and K55 require a minimum transverse impact energy of 20J for full-size specimens and a minimum longitudinal impact energy of 27J for full-scale specimens.
Couplings: J55 and K55 impact tests must be done, the minimum impact energy of the size sample is 20J in the transverse direction, and the minimum impact energy of the full-size sample in the longitudinal direction is 27J.
6. Hydrostatic test (no difference)
7. Wall thickness detection (there is a difference between PSL2 and PSL1)
PSL1: No measurement coverage requirement for J55 and K55 wall thickness;
PSL2: For J55 and K55 wall thickness measurement and recording shall be carried out over the full length, preferably 25% of the surface area covered by the automatic detection system.
8. Non-destructive testing (there is a difference between PSL2 and PSL1)
PSL1: There is no mandatory requirement for non-destructive testing of J55 and K55 steel pipes;
PSL2: All steel pipes of grades J55 and K55 shall be examined by one or more of the methods specified in 10.15.5 to find that the external and internal surfaces of the pipes are acceptable for longitudinal imperfections of level L4.
9. Identification (the color has a difference)
Spray a bright green band on the J55 steel pipe body, spray bright green on the coupling, and add a white band on it;
Two bright green bands are sprayed on the K55 steel pipe body, and the couplings are painted bright green with no additional color bands.
