Pipe Coating

  • FPE

FBE coating(Available in single and two layer) pipe can be widely used to transfer water, gas, oil and other fluid, under the working temperature -30℃-100℃, with the advantage of easy operation, no pollution thermal-stability, and high mechanical strength on bending and impacting.

  • 2PE/ 3PE

Buried steel pipes with 2PE/3PE coating are used for the transmission of water, oil, gas and other media, the working temperature is 50℃-70℃, it has good performance of anti-corrosive, low water-absorption rate, high mechanical strength. The difference between 2PE and 3PE is that there is one less layer of epoxy powder. In comparison, 3PE has better oxygen permeability and a longer service life.

  • 3LPP

The same as 3PE, the buried steel pipe with 3LPP coating is used for the transportation of water, oil, gas and other media. Unlike 3LPE, its third layer is polypropylene.

Although it is more expensive than 3PE, it has advantages over 3PE in the following aspects: high applicable temperature, long service life at high temperature, good high temperature peel strength and indentation hardness, impact resistance for a wide range of temperatures.

  • Hot dipped Galvanized

Hot dipped galvanizing is the process of coating to protect steel from rusty corrosion.

Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, and long service life.

  • Painted

The main colors of spray paint are Black, Red, and Varnish and more. Customers can customize the color according to different use ranges, such as yellow for gas pipelines and red for fire pipelines.
