1. Construction Preparation Before Use of LSAW Steel Pipe:

Pipe trenches must be dug, tube wells must be built, various straight seam steel pipes must be in place, and all required tools, including welders, cutting machines, electric hammers, polishing machines, etc., must be complete. Ready. Installation can begin only after a series of preparations have been made.

 

2. Installation of LSAW Steel Pipe:

According to the drawing design, the pipe bracket is prefabricated according to the on-site conditions, and then the material is cut according to the design and on-site, and then the bevel is polished with a polishing machine and then welded.

 

3. Quality Requirements for LSAW Steel Pipe:

1. The vertical installation deviation of the riser should be less than 3 mm per meter, and the horizontal installation deviation should be less than 1 mm.

2. There shall be no welding at the branch pipe welds and no welds at the elbows. .

3. The welding must be straight, the weld bead is full, and there should be no burn-through or cracks on the weld surface.
