Manufacturing Process

1. Heat treatment: annealing and solution treatment are performed on the welded pipe to improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the pipe fittings;

2. Processing and forming: Cutting, grinding, milling and other processes are performed on stainless steel pipes through CNC machine tools and other equipment to form pipe shapes that meet the design requirements;

3. Surface treatment: The appearance of stainless steel pipe fittings is treated through polishing, sandblasting and other processes to improve the aesthetics and surface gloss of the product;

4. Inspection: Conduct appearance and dimensional inspection of processed stainless steel pipe fittings to ensure product quality.

 

Process Requirements

1. Welding quality: The quality of the weld is crucial to the service life and safety of stainless steel pipe fittings. It is necessary to ensure that the strength and sealing of the weld meet the requirements of the specification;

2. Processing accuracy: The dimensional accuracy and surface finish of pipe fittings must meet the design requirements to ensure the normal operation and beauty of the pipeline;

3. Surface corrosion resistance: The surface of the processed pipe fittings is required to have good corrosion resistance, not easy to rust, and have a certain anti-fouling ability.

1. During the heat treatment process, the temperature and time of annealing and solid solution should be controlled to achieve appropriate alloy structure and properties;

2. When processing and forming, it must be processed strictly according to the design requirements to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish;

3. Surface treatment should be carried out in strict accordance with the technical requirements of polishing and sandblasting to ensure smooth surface and corrosion resistance;

4. After inspection, unqualified products should be dealt with in a timely manner, and the unqualified rate must be controlled within an extremely low range.
