304 ss pipe
18Cr-8Ni

As a widely used steel, it has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties; it has good hot workability such as stamping and bending, and has no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (non-magnetic, it can be used at temperature -196 ℃ ~ 800°C).

Household goods (category 1, 2 tableware, cabinets, indoor pipelines, water heaters, boilers, bathtubs), auto parts (windshield wipers, mufflers, moldings), medical appliances, building materials, chemicals, food industry, agriculture, ship parts.

18Cr-8Ni- low carbon

As a low-C 304 steel, its corrosion resistance is similar to that of 304 steel under normal conditions, but after welding or stress relief, its resistance to intergranular corrosion is excellent; it can also maintain good corrosion resistance without heat treatment. Excellent corrosion resistance, service temperature -196 ℃ ~ 800 ℃.
Applied to field machines in the chemical, coal and petroleum industries that require high resistance to grain boundary corrosion, heat-resistant parts of building materials and parts that are difficult to heat treat.

316 ss pipe
18Cr-12Ni-2.5Mo

Due to the addition of Mo, its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength are particularly good, and can be used under harsh conditions; excellent work hardening (non-magnetic).

Equipment used in sea water, chemical, dye, paper, oxalic acid, fertilizer and other production equipment; photography, food industry, coastal area facilities, ropes, CD rods, bolts, nuts.

As the low C series of 316 steel, in addition to having the same characteristics as 316 steel, it has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Among the uses of 316 steel, there are special requirements for the resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Dual-phase steel (dual-phase, DP steel for short), also known as multi-phase steel.
A steel composed of a two-phase structure of martensite, austenite or bainite and a ferrite matrix. Generally, the steel composed of ferrite and austenite phase structure is called duplex stainless steel, and the steel composed of ferrite and martensite phase structure is called duplex steel. Dual-phase steels are low-carbon steels or low-alloy high-strength steels obtained by critical zone heat treatment or controlled rolling. A typical dual-phase steel has a yield strength σs of 310MPa and a tensile strength σb of 655MPa. Duplex steel is used to manufacture complex components of cold stamping and deep drawing, and can also be used as pipeline steel, chain, cold drawn steel wire, prestressed steel bar, etc.
The so-called duplex stainless steel is that in its solid solution structure, the ferrite phase and the austenite phase account for about half, and the content of the general minor phase also needs to reach 30%. In the case of low C content, the Cr content is 18%~28%, and the Ni content is 3%~10%. Some steels also contain alloying elements such as Mo, Cu, Nb, Ti, and N. This type of steel has the characteristics of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steels. Compared with ferrite, it has higher plasticity and toughness, no room temperature brittleness, significantly improved intergranular corrosion resistance and welding performance, while maintaining iron The 475 ℃ brittleness of element stainless steel and high thermal conductivity have the characteristics of superplasticity. Compared with austenitic stainless steel, it has high strength and significantly improved resistance to intergranular corrosion and chloride stress corrosion. Duplex stainless steel has excellent pitting corrosion resistance and is also a nickel-saving stainless steel.
