The anti-corrosion coating consists of the following layers:

Layer 1: Typically a corrosion protection layer. This layer is made from a combination of bonded epoxy resins that provide excellent corrosion protection. Melt-reinforced epoxy has a strong bond with sandblasted steel surfaces

.Fused epoxy resin. This then provides protection against corrosion and fuses with the blasted steel surface.

Layer 2: This layer is a copolymer adhesive. The copolymer binder may be a maleic anhydride combined with a polyethylene compound. This material has good chemical retention against melt-reinforced epoxy and buffer layer polyethylene.

Layer 3: This layer is used for physical protection and contains polyethylene. Since copolymer adhesives and polyethylene are comparable, they bond well to each other
Features of 3PE coated steel pipe:
High sealing performance. Long-term operation can save energy, reduce costs and protect the environment.
Very corrosion resistant. The builders are just speeding things up. The service life is as long as 30 to 50 years.
It has good corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and low water absorption. PE at low temperature (less than 0.01%).
High strength epoxy resin. PE water absorption and hot melt adhesive softness have high corrosion resistance and reliability.
