Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions and piping system diagrams during installation.

 

Material Quality: Use certified materials with proper markings for both the main pipelines and welding materials. Weld pipeline connections whenever possible, except at the boiler flange, to ensure high-quality, durable joints.

 

Pipeline Design: Maintain a specific slope in the pipeline layout. Install an exhaust port at the highest point and a drain port at the lowest point to facilitate effective circulation within the boiler. Typically, 20# seamless steel pipes are used, along with appropriate gaskets, flanges, and accessories.

 

Structural Support: The pipeline should not place its weight on the boiler body or the hot oil circulation pump. Consider thermal expansion of the hot oil pipeline during installation. Conduct air pressure or hydraulic tests on all pipelines, excluding the expansion tank, oil storage tank, and oil-gas separators, before putting the system into operation.

 

Insulation and Coating: Do not apply coatings at the flange connections. Insulate and color the rest of the pipeline according to relevant standards. Proper insulation improves boiler efficiency and ensures reliable heat distribution.
